One of the directions of change in the market is for customers to reach for solutions that comprehensively meet their needs. An additional factor influencing its future shape is the liberalization of gas prices for households. According to the law, 2027 will be the last year in which tariffs will be approved. PGNiG OD is already preparing for these changes, because competition will take place not only at the level of price, but also the comprehensiveness and flexibility of the offer and the quality of service.
